Basal Therapies is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake & Service Coordinator to facilitate client interactions. As the first interaction that new clients will have, we are looking for someone who can welcome our clients and support them through their therapeutic journey!

Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls, schedules initial evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication in person as well as via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Completing client check-in process (e.g., collection of copay, client balances, etc.)
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Verifies health insurance coverage related to service provision.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in human services, healthcare administration, or similar field, preference for Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a medical office a benefit, but not required
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
