Birthday Parties

Whether you’re here regularly for therapy/preschool or you’ve never been, birthday parties at Basal are perfect for your child!

Our dedicated team has the skills to ensure your child, and their friends, have an amazing time! If they would benefit from sensory accommodations, supported communication, or social-emotional support, we’re here to ensure that their celebration meets their needs.

Reserve A Spot Today

  • Basal Birthdays are most suitable for kids turning 8 or younger.
  • Our facility can accommodate groups of up to 20 kids.

  • parties will include free play in gym, structured group games, sensory activities, and a craft for 90 minutes, allowing 30 minutes to be utilized for food & gifts, as needed
  • includes one party attendant (for up to 15 kids)

  • Basal Therapies will open our gym for the free play portion
  • party room available with tables and chairs for food & presents (no alcohol permitted on premises)
  • bring your own food and decorations

Parties are hosted on Saturdays & Sundays. Available time slots are: 10 am-12 pm, 12:30 pm-2:30 pm, and 3 pm-5 pm.

  • up to 10 kids: $300
  • up to 15 kids: $375
  • up to 20 kids: $450 (parties of 20 kids will have 2 birthday attendants)
  • available party themes include animals, rainbow/unicorns, or sports and include table cloth, plates, napkins, and utensils for an additional $50

To book a party, please click on the calendar below to see what dates and times are available. Once you do so, you’ll secure your party time slot by placing a $150 deposit. Following this selection, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] to pay the remaining balance, based on the size of the party you’re reserving. If canceled at least 30 days in advance, you will receive a refund, less a $75 cancellation fee. Parties that are impacted by inclement weather may be postponed at no cost, or can be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee.
